Purchasing Online

We require Cookies to be turned on if you wish to place an order through our online store.

All prices shown in our online store are in Canadian funds and your purchases are billed in Canadian dollars.
US customers: your credit card company/bank will convert and bill you in your own currency. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Your credit card statement will show that you had purchased from razertip com.


For the convenience of our customers outside Canada we have provide the following link XE Currency Converter, this company provides up-to-date currency conversions and will give you an approximation of what you will be billed in your currency by your credit card company.


Order Confirmation

After purchasing online, we immediately send you an e-mail to confirm your order. You should check that it agrees with what you intended to purchase. If it does not, you should send us an e-mail to advise that something is incorrect with your order. The information that we require is the order number, date placed and your name and address as well as a description of the error. You can also telephone us, if after business hours, you can leave your name, phone number, order number and advise that you have an online order problem on our voice mail. We will attempt to contact you during the next business day and also send you an email notifying you that we have received your call. Your order will be held until you are satisfied that everything has been corrected to your satisfaction.
